Exchange and Return Policy

Non-Returnable or Non-Exchangeable Products

Custom-made or specially tailored products.
Products made according to the customer’s request, including sizes, alterations, or fabric/material selection.
Discounted products or items included in offers.
Accessories, for hygiene reasons.

Exchanges are accepted only in the following cases:

  • A clear manufacturing defect.
  • Receiving a product different from the order.

Exchange Conditions:

  • The request must be submitted within 48 hours of receiving the order.
  • The product must be in its original condition, unused, unwashed, and with full packaging.
  • The invoice or order number must be provided.

Returns

  • Cash refunds are only accepted in the following cases:
    • A manufacturing defect that cannot be repaired.
    • No alternative product is available.

Important Notes

  • Slight differences in colors or details are not considered defects, due to the nature of photography and handmade work.
  • We are not responsible for improper use of the product.
  • Shipping costs for exchanges or returns:
    • The customer bears the cost in regular cases.
    • The store bears the cost in case of an error or defect.

All our products are based on hand beading and embroidery, making each piece unique and possibly featuring slight variations that enhance its handcrafted value.
